In March 2017 we’ve visited medieval german city of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. At Untere Schmiedgasse 2 we’ve found a small art gallery selling hundred year old postcards. I couldn’t resist buying some. Here they are.

The city is still very much the same as on these postcards and attracts thousand of tourists daily.

Few postcards featured original drawings instead of photos.

All postcards come from the private collection of the art gallery owner. Most of them were made by her father.

I regret not buying more of these postcards.
